#87918 RE: DegenerateGambler #87913

Actually, I'm much happier seeing ERHE hire a technical guy without a CEO, than seeing them hire a CEO without a technical guy. There isn't a whole lot to manage right now from a corporate level. And the company's being steered by SEO anyway currently. Why add a yes-man in the loop that will have to be compensated royally?

When the time is right, SEO or any buy-in parties will fill out the management team. Time is on ERHE's side. The longer we can go without the overhead of highly-compensated management means more value in our pocket. Once oil is proven in ERHE's blocks, the share price will rise and that will give ERHE more currency. (Would you rather ERHE hire a CEO with stock options of 1 million shares @ .40 or 250,000 shares @ $2? Fewer shares means less dilution.)

Hiring a CEO will not enhance our share price appreciatively; proving oil will. Confirmation of drill ships and drilling schedules is what I want to see at this stage of the game. -- longtimer
