I think if TTCM had uplisted, they would have enough credibility to attract a ton of dumb retail money right now. We're seeing a lot of companies with awful business models and management teams that are misleading investors (Lemonade, OpenDoor, Proterra, etc.) that are seeing their share prices soar.
