alopex -- being that the public side of the company is a few months old it may do you better to research John Beebe and his accomplishments than anything else.

it's fine to be skeptical .. as i'm sure the people at Global eTelecom were skeptical when Beebe was first to try to treat a check more like a credit card.

years later, the company was sold .. and eventually ended up as a part of peachtree. i'll post some of their press releases from the beginning.

point blank, the guy is successful. if you haven't given him a call already to discuss the company, i encourage you to do so.

** THIS IS NOT AN OPINION TO BUY OR SELL SECURITIES. I am a compensated consultant to Perihelion Global and have been compensated 60,000 rule144 restricted shares (issued by and from the company) for consulting services and coverage on PQL Research websites. Additionally, I have purchased 700 shares at $.21/avg in the open market, and have intent to sell this position, whether for a profit or a loss, at any time. Nothing I post on public message forums is to be construed as anything other than speculation, and investors are cautioned that I have an inherent bias in my viewpoints and opinions about the company. I am not qualified to render an investment opinion whatsoever and investors should only rely on historically-proven and factual information contained in public press releases and/or filings released by the company for accurate information and representations regarding the company.

Why? Energy is part of the vision John has for the company. Biofuels are very hot right now, and the demand is so high that all fuel produced is 'sold' before it even begins the refining process. Along with AMHD, this looks to be a good company. I picked some up at the close today.

Are you a shareholder? Do you have money invested? If not, then why do you care? Why not sit back and wait to see IF they deliver before you jump on these guys for nothing.

IF they pull it off it will be really great for everyone involved. Why must you slam them before they even have a chance to perform??????

Also you DO NOT know what the experience or knowledge base is of the people involved with this project. I have called Beebe and gotten the info myself, as I wanted to know as a shareholder. I was impressed.

For the 100th time........... call Beebe directly and ask him to answer whatever you are "DUBIOUS" about. If he cannot satisfy you, THEN slam him. It is insane to do so before even asking the guy to answer your questions or concerns.

That goes for everyone here. Why not call Beebe and ask for yourself instead of speculating on this board things which you do not know what you are talking about? Beebe is very open and responsive to the shareholders who bother to take the time to ask questions from my own personal experience.

Is there anyone here who has called him and had a different experience? I seriously doubt it. For those of you who have communicated with Beebe was this not your experience as well?

It would seem very strange that you have not spoken with Beebe, or anyone from the company and yet you are slamming them here on this board.

Be "DUBIOUS" if AFTER you speak with Beebe he does not satisfy your questions. Not before.
