And I also, correctly, assumed that you would consider common shareholder plaintiffs to have such enormous power that they could hold up the entire process.

They're in this to make money for themselves, not every single FnF common shareholder. If the common shareholder plaintiffs get offered enough money they will cave. Everyone has their price.
