I paid the State on line from my checking account did not owe any federal tax. But year before owed both and where paid on line and use same account every year. And I almost threw the Card out. And transferring from the back to my bank was a nightmare. The instructions that came with the card did not work. Went on line and ground the correct info to make the transfer. Total Nightmare Nobody to talk to another government F Up.
