Agreed. Not sure if people were expecting a pump and dump from the company.
The owners are moving at their own pace according to their business plan, not to spike the short term share price.
This is a play based on SEC filings and research done by the members on this board. There haven't been any PRs in the years I've been following. That's what were waiting for. When/if we get that, the share price will be quite a bit higher. IMO
