Think for a momment, then think again. One cannot predict if or when someone or a newspaper might print/say something that gets to a juror or judge that prejudices the case. Freedom of speech-it doesn't have to be true.
The only thing I can see is that it is not a set number yet so the lawyers don’t want anything to influence the company value until it is settled. Possibly to avoid a counter suit. Remember this was supposed to be settled in October of last year. The prs have been very basic and plain for a while now.
