You hit the nail on the head. SGMD gets by through entertaining shareholders and onlookers with delusional and no factual PR’s. It’s up to the reader to determine and examine reality, perform DD, and make informed buying decisions. But greed rules the day, and if one thinks they are buying the hottest ticket in town, disappointed you will be. Never a completed project, merger, acquisition, ect. Always a new wave of what is up next, but again no content, just a wish and so called update to shareholders, we want you happy. IMO, BudCars is just a boutique business that SGMD funds so Jimmy and his cronies make money. It’s not innovative or new, it’s life expectancy is short. What many fail to see with BudCars, SGMD has no say, they don’t have majority ownership. Any so called expansion is up to the owner of BudCars.
