No, there have been OTC disclosures submitted, none of which is vetted for accuracy by OTCMarkets nor the regulators - they are not an SEC registrant therefore don’t file. SHOM hasn’t filed with the SEC since 2008.

It’s shown in the screenshot you presented, “OTC Disclosures & News” There have been no “filings”, only OTC Disclosures to OTCMarkets. The disclosures are not verified for accuracy. There’s a huge difference between SEC Filings & OTC Disclosures. This is exactly why the OTC & its scams are damaging, it’s imperative to have the basic terminology, i.e., filings vs disclosures.
