I guess the stock has gone up based on the subsequent events since the other acquisitions don't seem to have changed the financial profile only adding to the debt:

In September 2020, the Company announced it had signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a California-based solar sales and marketing company. The terms of the acquisition are still being negotiated.

In November 2020, the Company announced it had signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a California-based heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company. The terms of the acquisition are still being negotiated.
