Didn't he estimate the $10 per share would be by the 20th? That leaves us a week yet.
* We get a favorable SCOTUS decision before then and $10 is easy.
* If the NWS is announced as ended tomorrow, as well as other changes in our favor, $10 is possible.
* As part of said announcement, should there actually be one, if there is a suggestion of relisting in the near term then $10 is possible.
It simply requires positive action however at 7 days left it's looking like a dimmer and dimmer prospect. It's always darkest just before the light. Isn't that how it goes? Feels pretty dark right now so here's hoping we get a Supernova of light.
PS. My 30 day notice is written and ready to go should we get a SCOTUS decision totally in our favor that launches the stock price. Sadly, I don't believe it's getting sent any time soon...But I hope it does get sent some time this year. It's freaking time.
