What happened was ican benefit group acquisition was terminated because mmmm didn't want to pay the ican debt with cash and the ican creditors didn't want to accept stock as payment. No biggie, still working alongside ican for and potentially still working on acquisition, but not rushing into a bad deal.
2.5m shares traded, not a big deal. New hands holding now. Ceo holds 20m shares. Restricted about 6m. That only leave 10m shares to be bought and sold. Won't take a lot to get this over $1
