A DPLS "Breakout" is a relative term because DPLS is a trade and not a long term hold. Savvy traders know DPLS will never get a contract, and they know why. So, the "Breakout" might be a temporary spike to .0013 or it might even touch .0017 again -- but -- there is no fundamental reason going forward to support .005 will ever be seen. If folks actually do thorough due diligence, they can easily deduce that DPLS will never get a contract. One more time >> Savvy traders have done their DD and trade accordingly.

(Edited to add) >> And, I didn't even talk about the massive dilution that's coming because O'Leary's toxic financiers will want their money back. He owes them a whole lot of money and he just sold two more notes giving the financiers a 70% discount.
