I'm thinking sooner than the end of the month. My bet is starting 1/20/21 inauguration day, with Joe Bidens confirmation of the Green New Deal stimulus package. This in my opinion is when things are going to get very interesting. This rally should be unprecedented and soar towards the end of January.
