An uplist doesn't always mean a price increase. I saw one company awhile ago that dropped over 50% after getting listed on OTCQB. I don't know maybe an immediate capital raise or something. Didn't really look into it.
Been watching that since the news about the LOI to sell RVV it's Psilocybin program.
The deal does not seem to include their Ketamine program for treating mental disorders.
The pps has been steadily increasing since early Dec 2020 for no apparent reason. Stock is up 100%+ to date (50%+ since 01/04/2021) on relatively low Vol.
Also of note......
- stock has very recently been designated as a "SHELL RISK" on OTC.com.
- Up-listed to the OTCQB as of 01/04/2021 (RVV still on Pinks???)
- Does not currently have any Note debt per filings with OTC
- Four(4) employees hold senior positions in both companies.
