I read somewhere that according to the ATM rules, they can only sell a percentage of the daily purchase volume, that's where the MM's come in and know what to do and how much common they can dump for the day. Why at the close? MM's are smarter than that. It could have been an impatient commoner like ourselves, a very wealthy one. lol
