I've noticed the change in the restricted and unrestricted shares on OTC markets site for STHC. A similar thing is happening on another stock I have where the CEO has said they have submitted all paperwork and are awaiting OTC markets updates. Could that the case here? Going through financial statements to correct the share structure on the site? That's what many of us believe is happening at the other stock. Good things coming and people trying to create doubt otherwise to get cheaper shares.
