I wish you had been the attorney representing USRM. Your opening statement above is lucid, clear and compelling. The attorney today was lost in technical words and sections that was confusing to follow, so much that the first judge interrupted her in order to ask a question.
Hopefully, as you say, the written briefs are clearer and more compelling than what she was able to express today.
I remember when the judge on the right (drinking coffee) asked the FDA kid (cute name) about had they changed the wording if it would have changed the meaning. When the FDA kid said no TWICE that judge was blown away and said “HUH INTERESTING” pretty loudly. That was a kill shot when he fumbled that one. Yeah, I’m glad I bought the orher day (but up at the 6 cent mark). Good day for USRM imo
