I was talking to someone about those yesterday actually. He is thinking that having the premium to play with now is worth the risk that he will miss out if it goes above that. I can see his point -- a year ago pretty much everyone would have been thrilled to get $10 bucks out of this, so even if they print and he walks away with $19+premium he comes out well.
