I see many do raises and dilution right before to weeks before a major "expected" event. So many of these bios take off for no reason at all only to see a raise out of the blue. I'd list examples but really anyone can see them. Possibly Leo is maintaining some dignity here.
Though, next time this cruises upwards of $5 he'll know to partner or do a coordinated raise with a solid BP affiliate.
