frontloading, that might be one of the problems, and hundred of millions of shares were sold on that news. I've emailed the OTC Markets, FINRA, and the SEC, about this. Jimmy, and whoever else is involved should not be allowed to profit from this, if it's not corrected while Shareholders are wiped out.

Front ...... I did exactly the same thing for LA, even called the offices who have jurisdiction over cannabis delivery and they had zip. Not surprised in the least. Still think the issue is Jimmy has to provided audited financials. The most recent so called update was just a bucket of a wish list.

No wonder he got slapped with the CE, he has been pumping the LA location for months now without even having applied for a permit.
