PLNT owns 50.1 % of NEON SHARES...

It was the best way to raise new money for NEON research and not Dilute PLNT shareholders.

PLNT also has cheap NEON warrants on top of current shares to regain the equity we initially lose in the IPO deal. As long as NEON becomes successful in the next few years. We should be OK here???
