Desmarais would of course try to give a higher cost needed as he was after the company and any obstacle that could be put up, he used in order to try and get the company for peanuts.

I know this will cost money, but :

* we have the fundings

* I would not be surprised a larger party would be brought in - look at what Biontech did with Pfizer

* We have the 'extra' shares that could be used for some other party to buy in


I'm pretty certain there's a plan. Why would Auctus heavily invest in BRTX ? I can only conclude because it must be worth it.

The process to make that money will take some time. For me no issue as I'm still adding shares to my pile.

I know quite some 'dinosaurs' are in this for the long term and with the right rational, hence I'm staying on board regardless of the noise we hear.

No it would not.. p2 and p3 will cost between 12 to 15 mil...

They reduced the # of participants necessary in Phase 2. It will probably cost them around $5-$6 M to conduct the clinicals IMO. If they can partner with a Medical entity, even less up front $.
