I'm all but sure approval is imminent.. It would be SO incredibly out of character for Korenko and crew to lay out so much positive information surrounding approval with out it being a lock.
I know Im kind of preaching the choir here, but Korenko has never been a hollow pumper kind of guy thats for sure.
