Management certainly didn‘t impress me the last few years. That said I‘m very familiar with reverse mergers and the issue around them since I trade many many of them every year and the moves in these shells where some of these RM‘s move into are often extreme.
A clean shell like SPIN is worth a lot in a market like this, maybe you haven‘t followed this scene lately. There has been insane moves in some of these quality shells once a RM announcement came. So we will see what we get.
