It was all the assets of all three companies save and except for the cash accounts, inventory, certain is based office equipment, accounts receivable and the contracts which were not wanted. This is simple to find as its right in the monitors reports and court docs. All three companies are plainly spelled out nice try though.
So what is left for someone to buy other than the shares and all the debt? Since the plant, all patents, IP, the trade names, trademarks and everything else of value was sold what is left? Can you name anything left to sell except for the shares and $80 mil of debt?
