I think that's a question for the CEO, although I never expect handholding.
Hopefully, an 8-K on a PCTL material event will come out soon...hopefully.

Otherwise, PCTL continues to make products, sales, deliveries, revenues.
There is QB tier change coming and Q4 fins with massive revenue ahead.

GL and health to all the PCTL shareholders.

Big equipment and disinfectant sales.

Solid distributorship network.

Greener times ahead.

Q4 fins revenue.

QB soon.

I'm guessing the low volume, remaining share over hang, and the fact that most people playing in the otc aren't looking for investments and that most of the buyers from the last few months took their profits on the bump to 03. Let's be real for a few. There has been no real factor that's taken place over the last year to attract the kind of volume required to push thing and sustain it. I think by now everyone is hip to the Gary smoke screen approach, as well as most seasoned otc traders being able to recognize empty prs and announcements. I think it's also somewhat obvious that the projections for 2020 missed their mark. That also puts the projections for 2021 in doubt for many as well. Why tie up your money in a stock like pctl that has spent most of the last year moving downward, during a time when by all accounts, should have seen it screaming upward? I'm not even going to get into the list of failure to delivers we've seen, I doubt most otc players are paying that close of attention to pct, so it's likely a non factor in terms of today's share price although a lot of it has a direct impact on their future ability to deliver. Are there good things? Sure, there's a couple of really solid things like having a great product, focusing on addressing their debt, then a handful of promising things, must of which are very vague in nature right now, but there's a lot more negative than positive in terms of bringing in new volume. Maybe that changes, maybe it doesn't. Those of us following closely and paying attention to Gary seem to have him pretty figured out in terms of the differences between what he says and what pctl actually delivers. After what I've seen the last year, I've told everyone I talk to to avoid pctl and to be very careful if they do decide to put their money into it. It's just not an attractive buy imo.
