I've been thinking about that. If the funding is 3-5 million. How much of that would they apply towards the reduction of OS? 2 million? Do they buy the shares off the market? So if he used 2 million dollars at .01 per share it would only reduce the OS by 200 million shares. Obviously less if the price of the shares keeps going up.

What do the board members here think? How much would they apply? What would be a good share reduction? What would you like to see the OS at?
