Don't think so. A share is transferred with rights and obligations. If different rights are in play, different series of shares should be created.

Who's paying the lawyers and fighting the lawsuit? Long gone investors are not doing these. Current investors do.

I remember some found out about eco and didn't post it till they sold there shares when I found out I decided to stay imo those that own the shares now reap the reward not those that sold 3 years ago
