I can say that for someone just looking into the

company your words are exactly what I would think. That's why I'm asking others here if I am missing something? There is not harm selling shares as long as there is a real business reason to do so. If they are making money then they should be able to buy shares back...but if they are selling shares and the AS is as high as it is then I see no place for this to go other than .0001. I suspect the AS alone will keep a lot of investors away. time for me to give the company a call myself and see if there is something here worth buying into.

Yes, the O/S is around 172 millions (per conversation with the CEO on Late Friday/Sat/Sun)

If you look at SIRI or NetFlix ... both issued shares and shares and shares to raise money to put in the business, growth business. A new business is just not makin gmoney right away. Do you know why a company go to trade in public in the first place? To RAISE MONEY.

With AXGJ, we know that the CEO is the same as CTXI's CEO. CTXI's association in Sri Lanka is real: MicroCar. AXGJ is a real company with real projects and products. I am glad that the CEO is running other companies that deal with businesses in the region at the same time. It's cost saving.

We are in here at the ground level and at the low price here. Maybe you should be playing stocks on NYSE where it makes steady green at the bottom line? Just a thought.

Don't forget that for the company to start a project, they have to put out bond which they will get back when the project is completed. Also they have to pay for materials and labour costs from their pocket before they get money back. That explains why they have to raise money.

Current projects are runing around $3 to $4 millions. They expect that they will do minimum of $8 millions in Sri Lanka alone this year.

From the financial, the current Gross Income is 55%.

with the current personals in Sri Lanka: 150 labours / 5 = 30 teams. Each house takes about 12-15 days. Each month = 60 houses. Each house labour cost(most people there earn $2 to $3 a day) = 5 x 15 x 3 = $225 per house.

Estimated profit per house $7000 - 3150(45% of 7000) - 225 = 3625 = 51.78% That is really not bad.

Of course there are costs involving sales and US personal and interest. That is up to you to determine how much. But from my calculation, we are making about 50% profit a house build before sales/interest/admin cost.

Current market cap is under $900,000.
