They do NOT have to tell you if the Deal has fallen Through! Why does everyone assume they will say anything on a specific timeline??? They can simply walk away because they could not come to an agreement.

If I remember correctly, the K8 form or whatever they call it does not require the company to tell us if the LOI didn't go through.
