I think that is exactly the point. Who was the other guy? Chances are good he was an accountant with a CFO title. That's not a CFO. That's a chief accountant.

I don't believe that leaked news of the appointment of a CFO to a tiny company like IVFH is going to move the stock needle more than a penny or two. This fellow is obviously not coming over from P&G or US Foods or another monster company.

The stock move and this announcement are probably coincidences. I have never believed in coincidences but I am willing to admit that sometimes two actions that appear to be related may not be.
