Games can only be played with minimum volume? That makes no sense to me. Volume is a result not the cause of anything. OTC traders and market makers earn a living off this stuff. Look at the short interest. This was being raised to get folks to buy into momentum (hence the increased volume with everyone thinking they might miss out if they don't buy) so they could short it out from under them.
All this being said, for the majority of holders of this stock, the short term movement is irrelevant. I am still confident that this will be in .4x range at the end of the month/early Feb before the fun really starts.
