With this investment of funds, I don't think we'll see any future quarter below $10M. I like what I've read, market price is the big thing. Why would someone invest at market price is they don't see it going up in the future? They don't.

Dilution isn’t bad and a lot better than debt conversions. Debt conversions are based on the price they get and is unrestricted. That will kill this company. If they follow through with the offering this is a real company and could be investable. They need to audit that will take 6-mo from now to compete have to audit old
Company and new one for 2-years back just facts fellows
