Exactly. I just ignore the nonsense pump. USRM will win or lose the court appeal. Nothing matters to me until the decision is handed down. I believe we will win. Time will tell.
This is THAT BIG IMO - it's thee court case of the past 50 years in the medical world potentially and USRM is looking VERY STRONG FOR THE WIN/REVERSAL of one judge's VERY BAD DECISION and one that HAS NO STANDING per a simple reading of the appellate brief to the 11th circuit and now a CA seated judge who says, "I don't see your point FDA and WILL NOT grant you summary judgement, YOU got a lot to prove here, not the defendant !"
IF some "Blog" stock chat thing helped give this stock an initial "kick" in the butt to get it off bottom, then so be it.
It's trading amazingly well here considering a 600% or 800% or whatever rapid run up - the opening at .04 yesterday AGAIN proved how fast this can move on its STILL LOW FLOAT !
Anyone who knows anything about "THE STEM CELL/REGEN MEDICINE" space - they realize that IF (and it's not IF to me, JUST WHEN NOW) IF USRM BEATS THE FDA at this court bullshit game- they will literally BE THE HEROES OF THE REGEN MEDICINE SPACE and literally THE SHOT OF "STEM CELL CLINICS" heard round the world, not hyperbole, but literally that will be the case.
The name U.S. Stem Cell Inc FL will literally be printed and talked about ROUND THE WORLD on even a burp of a favorable court decision in this Federal Appellate court the 11th Circuit - Washington Post, NY Times, Los Angeles Times, every "health magazine" in existence, 100's of academia medical research sites and blogs, law sites and blogs, MEDICAL JOURNALS as probably a piece in thee NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE such as an op-ed, etc.
If people are antsy to flip for pennies - I can care less.
I think this stock is now a hold for 2021 and maybe beyond. Because IF THEY WIN THEIR APPEAL then the CALIFORNIA MASSIVE CLINIC CHAIN BY DEFAULT wins their court case- which is already tilting in their favor !

I'm LONG USRM TILL USRM ARE BACK IN FULL OPERATION, TILL THEY ARE PAST PINK CURRENT TO AT LEAST OTC-QB AGAIN if not even the NASDAQ, till their REVENUES ARE ON A MASSIVE GROWTH CURVE which will happen RAPIDLY if a court decision goes their way, TILL THEIR CLINIC CHAIN IS BACK IN FULL OPERATION and I "think" a HUGE INFUSION OF INVESTOR CASH LANDS ON THEIR BOOKS (clean, non toxic cash investment monies) and THEN A POSSIBLE (LIKELY IMO) MERGER -as USRM WILL BE TOP DOG in all things "STEM CELLS/REGEN MEDICINE" as far as public traded other than MESO and a few others- there are very few public traded pure and true "Stem cell plays" that are legit. NOTHING WILL MAKE USRM MORE "LEGIT" than having kicked the FDA's ass in a landmark court ruling that will change the legal and regulatory landscape FOREeeeeeever !!!
HOLD in my humble opinion folks "THE NEWS" has not even hit yet - this is like the 4th or 5th inning here of a 9 inning game !
USRM and per their stellar LAW TEAM and that stellar LEGAL BRIEF and the new LETS REGULATE LESS CLIMATE and GAME RULE BOOK caused by COVID and numerous other factors (Chevron doctrine CRUMBLING all the way to thee Supreme Court) etc = USRM IS WINNING THIS GAME IN THE TOP OF THE 5th inning me thinks !!
