You need a calculator, sir. Maximum outstanding shares, if all warrants come in to play would be somewhere around 140 million. That would put buyout price somewhere in the $30-$40 range

Thrilling huh? Buyout almost at the reverse split level.. remember after the RS, we were at around 6 dollars pps. So you guys are thrilled with that kind of buyout price? Almost back to the level when the clown reversed it and F'd us all?
