You are absolutely correct, all of PCTL's products contain water. Although its not added in after production, as you would find at a soda fountain or alcohol distillery. When HOCL is produced it is made from the very water that's in the batch to be electrolized. So ya it contains water. NONE of PCTL's products are 100% HOCL.


In fact the EON Mist label states,
99.995% percent water.

And that's the water that remains in solution after electrolization.
