Slow down a bit, 50/50 chance does not necessarily render a receivership result. Where did I indicate a 50/50 chance means receivership?
50/50 could be two options for us, one we lose (not necessarily receivership) could be the PPS in $1-$4 range for good and NWS continues until either there is no money to give or something happens. We've been in that mode for 12+ years without them taking 6T in debt so why can't this continue? Another option we win, with that it also doesn't necessarily mean we get everything back then some. It just improved our chances of getting something.
Perhaps I have watched too much Law and Order, in many cases just because one wins the case it does not mean one gets everything and just because one loses a case does not mean they lose everything either. Verdict and penalty/reward are two different phases. I don't see this as a winner takes all case.
Again this is an investment heavily driven by news and actual actions. The fact that we are in low $2's says something about the risks that lay ahead.
