Bro the S1 is just to register shares. Has no other meaning besides that lol.

We were talking about Magnifind. You quoted the going concern of $MDIN, which has history and baggage. With what you quoted and said, it portrays Magnifind as baseless and without any credence. I know Magnifind would ever put that down when they have an actual product like they do. Thats where its pretty obvious if you read what you imply and quoted, you can see a problem.

I never said it wasn't a business but the business consists of a website and lots of hopes and dreams. They've been at it since like 2016 or so and have no customers and have made nil.

Per the S1:

NOTE 2 – LIQUIDITY AND GOING CONCERN

The Company has incurred losses since inception and has not yet received any revenues from sales of products or services.

Elsewhere in there I saw where they mention they made like $400 in 6 months.
