AASP - I remember SPEA also increased the number of Authorized Shares back in 2004 to facilitate the reverse merger.
I was holding SPEA and wondered what the H they were doing at the time. Luckily, I didn't sell any shares when they made that move.
I have been adding ever since I saw the information that the increase in the # of Shares had been approved.
Very exciting!
