It's always best to look at the company and how it's run. The...CEO had every opportunity to make the most of something and she made the least of it and at the same time she crapped all over shareholders with dismissive emails and self-defeating PR's.
Nothing is going to change the fact that Melissa is a horrible CEO. Until she's replaced this is a garbage operation that pays it's employees with loans and can't keep their main sales people from leaving.
