It's from the same exact S1, you know, the one where they're trying to sell 100 Billion shares (between the company and the note holder).

What I quoted from it of ~$1K per year is Magnifind. The fact that it's just a website is Magnifind. Magnifind was created in 2016 and has never been successful at attracting customers (hence the miniscule revenue).
