so as a non-financial , non professional type this is my take on this

a) not exercisable until 1/5/22 ( almost a year from now )
b) can be exercised over 3 years - 36 mo0nthly options



so, if there was ever an incentive for folks working there to boost the price this would be it. Todays volume was 111.000,000 shares so in the scheme of things over a two year period .....


so, would love to know whether my take is correct or not,

thanks in advance... appears to me to be good news as the incentive would be substantial for folks working there
