yeap there's sub penny restrictions galore that don't bode well for making any money until you get above $0.02 and frankly - like today's "splurge" at $0.005 there's no money changing hands so it'll perk up a lot just like JADA but it takes getting all the guys flipping $100 bucks before it makes any sense to trade.
some guy posted another 3 companies the new CEO is involved with. they appear to be real.
