"In the past year Simlatus has acquired Satel Group and Proscere Bioscience. I am the Founder of Satel Inc., and I was the Managing Director and a Board Member of Turner Broadcasting Far East LTD, and a Senior Executive of Viacom's San Francisco cable company. I have 35 years of experience working in approximately 50 countries worldwide. With this said, I was appointed as the Chairman and CEO of Simlatus on October 31, 2018. I have successfully negotiated complicated licensing agreements with governmental entities, creating joint venture partnerships, developing strategic distribution relationships, financing, designing, installing and managing advanced technologies. Simlatus is a unique company that has revenue from its subsidiaries in three distinct industries (CBD, Broadcasting and Communications). This allows a triple-play for our shareholders while we grow in each of these industries.
I anticipate that during the next 5 years Simlatus will have revenues of $200M in the CBD industry, $12M in the Northern California Internet Service Industry, and $1.5M with its Broadcast products."
