Zhang submitted a filing to Nevada. This will likely reinstate the company in Nevada and put it in good standing. More filings will come in Nevada and OTCMarkets is likely to get updates soon as well.
Edited to add that this is the timeline that I expected. I suspect a few more months before we hear about a merger.
