Yes, but be prepared to sit on it for a year (that is the usual time frame) and remember when all the stuckholders from the old company see it take a jump in price they always sell,they don't need a reason they just want to move on.. so it could drop back to about .05 to .08 when they start churning the shares..

If folks have never played an ultra-micro-float like this, it's also helpful to know that if you do decide you want to sell, it only really works if you do it in small lots up the ladder. Looking at L2, most folks understand this, but there are a couple of wholly unnecessary speed bumps.
