They are BOTH FIGHTING THE FDA IN PARALLEL CASES - using the same mega law firm Veneble of D.C. !
IMAGINE THE MEGA POWER HOUSE CREATED IF - IF USRM and CALIFORNIA STEM TREATMENT CLINICS were to merge, as in HOLY FREAKING SHIT !!!
It would allow Mark Berman and crew a chance to GO PUBLIC/TRADE PUBLIC and the combined entities would be INSTANTLY THE SINGLE LARGEST CHAIN OF STEM CLINICS IN AMERICA w/ access to the public CAPITAL MARKETS - and possibly the world at that point !!
I could see a NASDAQ UP-LIST in the future w/ the sheer size and revenues they'd obtain in an approx 1 year period !!
Consider it folks- I "think" it's a real possibility. Once Sean Berman showed up in FL and became involved with the USRM stem banking business- I had a "scent" of a FUTURE MERGER perhaps being discussed - they'd be a STEAM ROLLER POWER HOUSE OF THE STEM CELL CLINIC WORLD !!
I believe the FDA IS ABOUT TO GET BULLDOZED IN THE COURTS ON ALL THIS - and it will be life changing to USRM SHARES and the sky is the limit from there. They've been around the longest as ANY public traded "stem cell business" besides probably only MESO that I'm aware of.
They could be a buy-out or bigger merger candidate by 2021- as a combined mega chain of clinics - we're talking a $BILLION plus public buy-out by a hospital or pharma company player IMO !!

The animal market alone is Huuuuge (race horses- what does a $2 million dollar race horse owner pay to keep that animal healthy or heal a wounded leg ???) - think about it !!
