Probably depends on how much information PSA provides the SEC in connection with all of $ARYC insiders. Reduced sentencing in exchange for information... but not no sentencing.

His case won't send him to prison. And is whatever he posted any different than some of the absolutely false statements posted here, such as:

"There is no lab! There is no access to the old leased building Arrayit used to occupy. All is over."

Answer: No.

The Complaint against Nielsen does not indicate that he had any insider information or that he was in cahoots with Mark in any way.
