Yeeeah riiight..Eddie's imaginary "paid bashers" are again responsible for keeping this POS from flying "to da moon." Funny how every time he fails to perform he resorts to blaming those who hold his stinky feet to the fire.
A classic example being the time critics were threatened with legal action for pointing out that Luther R. Jeffries --front man/ "CEO" of TWO of Eddie's marijuana scams (both till being pumped to this day)-- had a 9 year old warrant for felony theft. "Not the same guy" they assured investors despite him having an utterly bogus, unverifiable resume (proving Eddie was complicit in the fraud even after being presented with the evidence months/ years earlier). Legal threats aside, some IHubber's tipped off the cops who arrested Eddie's "CEO" the the day after he "resigned." Marijuana Millionaire "Luxuriant Luther" was arrested at the single-wide trailer house (rented in his ex-wife's name).
Even after Luther spent a year in NY state prison, Eddie secretly teams up with him once again. On 8/16/2017 Eddie filed a "2018 Amended Annual Report - 02969264" named him "President" of "Marijuana Venture Capital (MJVC) Inc" (aka SUTIMCO). The next day Eddie named Luther's BFF William Lee Miller (an obese used tool seller at a Florida flea market) as "President" of SUTIMCO. Both filings still appear on the SOS website. Together these 3 Stooges conspired in a scam to "cure America's opioid crisis" by peddling kratom. Luther --a longtime doper-- was actively promoting it and telling people he "ran a penny stock" on Reddit until he overdosed and died at age 47.
The truth is Eddie can shut up his critics permanently any time he likes by simply making good on his promises. Yet over a decade of pumping and dumping billions of shares on at least 8 tickers he STILL hasn't created a viable "going concern.
